Shipping & Return Policy
As we work with a number of sellers, the shipping time and delivery date will be mentioned for each product and dependent on the seller policy.
We offer subsidised shipping to Wishlist couples. The amount charged varies based on size and weight of products. It can range between free shipping to a maximum of 10% of product value in case of large furniture or appliances.
We ship to most parts of the country. If you find your pin code is not serviceable, please call us at +91 87545 50002 and we will arrange the same.
Products are ordered based on the couple's delivery preference and we place orders based on the time of delivery, not when orders are placed. If a couple want their gifts after the wedding, we'll place orders accordingly. There could be a risk of products going out of stock at that stage, and in such a case the couple can choose another product against the same amount or keep it on hold till the product is back in stock.
There is no cash on delivery available at Wedding Wishlist.
Wedding Wishlist is a an aggregator not seller of products. Exchange or return policy is determined by the sellers.
Any damaged products to be returned or exchanged must be sent to us in their original packaging, intact and untampered, within 10 days of receiving the order.
We do not offer refunds, and the customer will be given Wishlist credits worth the product value for eligible returns.
Personalised gifts and perishable items cannot be exchanged or returned. The only event in which this will be considered is if there is damage/breakage during transit. For the same, images of the damage need to be shared with the team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
When placing an exchange request on a product from an external website, the 12% commission will be deducted on the new product also.
