  1. a. You hereby agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of this Website
  2. b. All Users hereby authorise, agree and acknowledge that CherryTin is the duly authorised agent of the User to collect the Cash Gifts and remit them to the User no later than 30 days from the Event Date
  3. c. All remittances made to the Cash Gift Fund will be routed through a third-party payment processor, and the fee they charge may vary from provider to provider. Cash Gifts can be made solely through online payment methods, which include payments through credit or debit card, e-wallet or via net banking facilities. In case of cash registry only, payments made via international credit cards will not be accepted. Cash payments, cheques, cryptocurrency payments and demand drafts will not be accepted and such payments, if made, will not be credited to your Cash Gift Fund.
  4. d. CherryTin shall charge a 2.56% agency fee with 18% GST on this agency fee, exclusive of payment gateway charges, on the total amount of each User’s Cash Gift Fund as on the Event Date. All additional charges, including but not limited to GST, shall be in addition to the agency fees. All Users who have created the Cash Gift Fund hereby authorise CherryTin to collect its agency fees directly from the Cash Fund immediately before remitting the amounts to the User.
  5. e. You will be solely responsible for any and all taxes in relation to all such transactions.
