Returns and Exchanges
Wedding Wishlist offers a variety of products and brands from a variety of supplier partners. Our return policy varies by product and supplier, and is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you have an item that you would like to return/exchange, please call us at +91 87545 50002 as soon as you can.
Any damaged products returned/exchanged must be sent to us in their original packaging, intact and untampered, within the allotted window for returns, typically two weeks. If eligible, products will be exchanged for Wishlist Credits, which can be redeemed on WeddingWishlist.com. We do not offer refunds.
During checkout using credit or debit card, if your transaction is incomplete because you have either, not entered the relevant details, or hit the return/back button before payment is processed, your order will be automatically cancelled. Additionally, any order can be cancelled before it is processed in our warehouse, typically within one day.
Please note that the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable items such as food products
- Personalised products
