Archana Rai’s introduction to the foods business took place in 2006 through a chance encounter on a beach in Spain, when she was holidaying with her family.
A crepe/waffle stand caught her eye…and the concept was gradually introduced by her in Gurgaon/Delhi malls and movieplexes.
Switching from an already well established textile made-ups export business, Archana realised that the foods business is also a sophisticated form of manufacturing which marries well with all the right elements of providing exemplary class service.
From waffles and condiments to meals and service, the move was systematic, steady and well planned.
The Delhi/NCR market for such services is evolving in interesting ways and Archana has exciting plans for the future.
Helping her morally and physically are her two daughters and husband….each of who are individual professionals.
