Divya says, “I recommend trying out yoga if you haven’t before. I have found that it helps me with my stress and makes me feel strong. For those new to yoga, you can start with 15-20 minutes a few days a week and you will see a change in how you see your body and how you feel!”

Well, that’s something we can all get behind! Here are some of Divya’s recommended poses:

  1. Downward Dog
  2. Dolphin
  3. Side Plank
  4. Warrior II
  5. Crow

A practitioner of meditation, Divya believes that it’s an important form of self-care, saying, “If you’re caught up in planning and preoccupied with a to-do list, remember to pay attention to the things around you. Living in the moment makes you feel more positive. Each day, take time to sit still for a few moments and listen to the sounds around you, think about how your body feels and take slow deep breaths.”
